Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@inkedhaus.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product?
We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for faster service.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If returning for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect purchase, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
